This will allow you to better understand the property's current condition, future maintenance needs and provide you with the ability to make a more educated and informed decision.

Client Review
We make every effort to provide a walk through review of the home with you. This is done to locate and point out items commented on within the report and to further familiarize you with the property's condition. During the review process is the perfect opportunity for you to ask questions.
Written Report
We use an internet based program to create a formal report that categorizes and organizes the inspection information. Each report includes pictures taken during the inspection and/or illustrations to help provide location and context.
